Verdaxis was created to solve a problem that every consulting team knows well: the disconnect between the design phase, where requirements and solution architecture are defined, and the delivery phase, where those decisions are built, tested, and shipped. Too often, requirements live in one document, deliverables in another, and test cases in a third — with no clear line connecting them. When something changes, nobody can easily trace the impact. Verdaxis brings all of that into a single, structured platform so every decision, deliverable, and test is linked back to its source.

The platform is built for consulting teams of all sizes — from independent consultants managing a handful of engagements to larger firms coordinating multiple projects across phases. It supports the full consulting lifecycle: target operating design, solution design, requirements capture, test management, and go-live. Project managers, business analysts, solution architects, developers, testers, and change managers can all work from the same source of truth, with role-based access and project-level filtering that keeps each engagement isolated and secure.

Verdaxis is built and maintained by Maplegreen Consulting, an Irish consultancy with hands-on experience delivering complex transformation projects. We built Verdaxis because we needed it ourselves — a tool that matches how consulting engagements actually run, not how generic project software assumes they should. Every feature, from the traceability matrix to the impact analysis engine, was designed around real delivery experience. We continue to develop the platform alongside our consulting work, so it evolves with the needs of the teams who use it every day.
